Program
HACKATHON
November 17–19, 2025
At the CytoData Hackathon, tackle real-world data analysis challenges in image-based profiling by applying analysis workflows to large-scale Cell Painting datasets generated at EU-OPENSCREEN [1].
The primary focus will be to analyze and combine these datasets with other data resources. We aim to bring together a diverse community of cell biologists, machine learning researchers, computational biologists, chemists and data scientists to form mixed teams, solve challenges and learn from each other in a dynamic, hands-on environment. We will provide the IT infrastructure for the hackathon.
