Registration 

The registration fee Academic and Students 150€ 
The registration fee Industry 350€ 

Registration is available through the Oxford Abstract system. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one, confirm your email address, and then complete your registration.

– Payment: can be made via credit card (preferred) or bank transfer. Please note that payment must be completed within 14 days of registration. If payment is not received by this date, your registration will be considered canceled.

– The conference fee includes: Attendance in the symposium and the hackathon.
Refreshment (lunch, coffee breaks, dinner on day 1 of symposium)

– Abstracts: At the registration you can select if you want to submit a talk or poster submission.

– Hackathon: Via the registration link you can register for the hackathon. We have planned up to 45 hackathon participants. Selected participants will be informed about 2 weeks after the hackathon registration deadline.

– Cancellation policy: Please note that in the case of participant cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded due to small registration fee and administrative costs of processing refunds. In urgent cases please contact info@scientifika.eu
